Cheltenham Festival Day 2: Queen Mother Champion Chase

This Queen Mother Champion Chase is held in Great Britain every year in the month of March. It is a Grade 1 National steeplechase on the second day of the Cheltenham Festival at Cheltenham Racecourse in Gloucestershire.

The chase is for horses a minimum of five years or older. Horses gallop over a radius stretching to about 2 miles and as a prerequisite have to leap over 13 fences during this chase. It is a high-calibre race and a distinguished minimum distance chase, conferred by the National Hunt chart.

Queen Mother Champion Chase: Tips and Predictions

CHACUN POUR SOI has been foot-perfect in three wins this season and this awesome jumper should be anointed as Champion Chaser at long last on his overdue first start at Cheltenham. In doing so, he would complete the set of Championship races at this meeting for his trainer.

Nube Negra, First Flow and Notebook could offer resistance but last year’s Arkle heroine Put The Kettle On is 3-3 here and could be a big danger should the jolly falter once the jumping is completed.

Enda McElhinney’s Selection: Chacun Pour Soi
